Christmas Cracker and Christmas Tree Festival

Preparations are well under way for our Christmas Cracker event and Christmas Tree Festival which will be taking place this Friday 7th December from 4.00pm to 8.00pm, but there are still lots of ways in which you could help.

Any donations of mince pies (or other refreshments) will be very gratefully received for the Friday night Christmas Cracker and for the Tree Festival.

We also need some help setting up the Church Hall for Christmas Cracker on Thursday evening from 6.30pm and the Church Hall will open on Friday afternoon from 2.00pm onwards for the setting out of stalls.

We are setting up the Christmas Tree Festival in Church on Thursday afternoon. Exhibitors will be able to set up their trees from 1.00pm to 5.00pm and we are also opening the Church on Friday from 9.00am to 1.00pm for exhibitors to set up.

The Christmas Tree Festival will also be open to visitors on Saturday 8th December from 10.00am to 4.00pm with refreshments being served.

If you can spare an hour to help, either setting up or at either event or can help in any other way, please speak to Julie Carr or John Walker.
